随着国家经济的飞速发展,矿产开发所产生的铁尾矿堆积量不断增加,这不仅会占据大量土地,还会造成环境的污染.为了解决这一问题,铁尾矿资源化利用成为研究的焦点.探讨了铁尾矿资源化利用的多种途径,涵盖了制备砖块、陶粒、发泡陶瓷、微晶玻璃、水泥和混凝土、墙体保温材料以及肥料等方面,并介绍了其制备工艺流程.展望了铁尾矿资源化利用的前景,指出了该领域可能面临的挑战,为进一步推动资源化利用提供了有益参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the national economy,the stockpile of iron tailings generated from mineral exploration is increasing,posing challenges such as significant land occupation and environ-mental pollution.To address this issue,the resource utilization of iron tailings has emerged as a hot re-search topic.Various ways of iron tailings resource utilization are discussed,covering the production of bricks,ceramic granules,foamed ceramics,microcrystalline glass,cement and concrete,wall insulation ma-terials and fertilizers,etc.,and its technical process is introduced.The prospect of iron tailings resource u-tilization is prospected,the possible challenges in this field are pointed out,which provides a useful refer-ence for further promoting resource utilization.
