Effects of Bio-bacterial Fertilizer on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of the Mother Forest of Pinus sylvestris
[Objective]It is to explore the effects of combined application of bio-bacterial fertilizer and different maize fertilizers on the growth and physiological characteristics of the mother forest of Pinus sylvestris,to enhance the stress resistance and seed yield of P.sylvestris, and to provide technical reference for the green production of P.sylvestris.[Method]Taking a 25-year-old mother forest of P.sylvestris as the experimental object,a control group without any fertilization was established for comparison.Ten treatments were set up by combining bio-bacterial fertilizer with corn specific fertilizer and corn topdressing fertilization, and the growth and physiological indicators of the mother tree of P.sylvestris were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the combination application of bio-bacterial fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth of the diameter at breast height of P.sylvestris(P<0.05).Notably,the Wapul bio-bacterial fertilizer exhibited the most substantial promotion effect on diameter growth at breast height.Furthermore, the application of bio-bacterial fertilizer significantly improved chlorophyll levels, nutrients content, stress resistance, and peroxidase activity of P.sylvestris(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The reasonable application of bio-bacterial fertilizer can not only ameliorate various soil issues resulting from the application of organic and chemical fertilizers, but also effectively improve the stress resistance of the mother forest of P.sylvestris.
