不同镉浓度对镉低吸收晚稻品种产量形成及其糙米镉含量的影响

[目的]为明确镉低吸收晚稻品种的产量形成及米镉含量变化.[方法]2022 年在湖南省益阳市赫山区泥江口镇(全Cd浓度7.28 mg/kg)、赫山区兰溪镇(全Cd浓度0.43 mg/kg)开展镉低吸收晚稻品种对比试验.观测生育期、干物质积累、产量及产量构成和米镉含量变化.[结果]两个镉低吸收品种较对照品种五优 308,镉胁迫导致产量下降,但安两优2 号产量仅在高镉田块下降2.8%,其具有更高的有效穗数,在生育前期具有更高的干物质积累和群体生长速率;在两个地点均表现出明显的降镉效果,在Cd浓度 0.43 mg/kg,安两优 2 号和清莲丝苗的糙米镉含量分别为0.010 mg/kg和0.013 mg/kg,较对照品种分别降低96.15%和95.00%.在Cd浓度 7.28 mg/kg,安两优2 号的糙米镉含量为0.21 mg/kg,较对照品种降低87.5%;清莲丝苗的糙米镉含量为0.19 mg/kg,较对照品种降低88.69%.[结论]两个镉低吸收品种均有很好的降镉能力,在中度镉污染的稻田中可安全种植,但在高镉污染田块直接种植存在糙米镉超标风险,应当配合其他降镉栽培措施实现安全种植,安两优 2 号在高镉污染地区产量表现更稳定,两个镉低吸收晚稻品种在高镉污染地区种植可配合栽培措施提高结实率,从而实现高产,可在中度及以下镉污染区域进行推广.
Effects of Different Cadmium Concentrations on Yield Formation and Cadmium Content in Brown Rice of Late Rice Varieties with Low Cadmium Absorption
[Objective]To clarify the yield formation and rice cadmium changes of late rice varieties with low cadmium absorption.[Method]In 2022,a comparative experiment was conducted on cadmium low absorption late rice varieties in Sheshan Village,Nijiangkou,Heshan District,Yiyang City,Hunan Province(with a total Cd concentration of 7.28 mg/kg)and Sujiahu Village,Heshan District(with a to-tal Cd concentration of 0.43 mg/kg).Observe changes in growth period,dry matter accumulation,yield,yield composition,and cadmium content in rice.[Result]Two low cadmium absorption varieties,compared to the control variety Wuyou 308,showed a decrease in yield due to cadmium stress.However,the yield of Anliangyou 2 only decreased by 2.8%in high cadmium fields,with higher effective panicles and higher dry matter accumulation and population growth rate in the early stages of growth;Both loca-tions showed significant cadmium reduction effects.At a Cd concentration of 0.43 mg/kg,the cadmium content in brown rice of Anliangyou 2 and Qingliansilmiao was 0.010 and 0.013 mg/kg,respectively,which decreased by 96.15%and 95%compared to the control variety.At a Cd concentration of 7.28 mg/kg,the cadmium content in the brown rice of Anliangyou 2 was 0.21 mg/kg,a decrease of 87.5%compared to the control variety;The cadmium content in the brown rice of Qinglian silk seedlings is 0.19 mg/kg,which is 88.69%lower than the control variety.[Conclusion]Both low cadmium ab-sorption varieties have good cadmium reduction ability and can be safely planted in rice fields with mild cadmium pollution.There is a risk of excessive cadmium content in brown rice when directly planted in high cadmium polluted fields,and other cadmium reduction cultivation measures should be combined to achieve safe planting.Anliangyou 2 has a more stable yield performance in high cadmium polluted areas,and two low cadmium absorbing late rice varieties can be planted in high cadmium polluted areas with cultivation measures to improve seed setting rate,thereby achieving high yield.It can be promoted in ar-eas with moderate and below cadmium pollution.
