研究了镀液中ZrO2 纳米颗粒添加量对COW/ZrO2 复合镀层质量和摩擦磨损性能的影响.采用单因素试验法,在一定条件下改变镀液中ZrO2 纳米颗粒的添加量从而获得不同的COW/ZrO2 复合镀层.用扫描电子显微镜SU5000 观察镀层表面形貌,用X射线衍射和表面分析仪P7 分别检测镀层的微观结构、厚度和表面粗糙度,研究镀层表面质量随镀液中ZrO2 纳米颗粒添加量的变化规律并测试镀层的摩擦学性能.试验结果表明:在一定条件下镀液中ZrO2 纳米颗粒的添加量对复合镀层质量的影响存在最优值,镀液中ZrO2 含量的变化对于镀层磨损率的减小存在最优值.采用脉冲电沉积法制备COW/ZrO2 复合镀层的过程中,ZrO2 纳米颗粒添加量为 9g/L时复合镀层的表面质量和耐磨性最好.
Study on Mechanical Performance of CoW/ZrO2 Composite Film Prepared by Pulse Electrodepostion
The pulse plating technology was used to prepare CoW/ZrO2 composite film on the surface of Q235B steel.Influence rule of ZrO2 nano particles addition amount in plating solution on the quality of coating and friction and wear property were researched.Some CoW/ZrO2 composit plating were gained by changing additive amount of ZrO2 nano particles under a certain conditions using single factor experiment,the surface morphology of CoW/ZrO2 composite film was observed by scanning electron microscope(SU5000),the microstructure of the CoW/ZrO2 composite film was examined by X-ray diffraction,Thickness and surface roughness of CoW/ZrO2 composite film were tested by surface profiler P7,quality of the coating and its change rule of the variation with the addition amount of ZrO2 nano particles in the plating solution was investigated and the tribological properties of the coatings were tested.There is best effect of additive amount of ZrO2 nano particles in the plating solution on the quality of coating,there is a minimum wear rate when the additive amount of ZrO2 nano particles changes within limit.The wear resistance and surface hardness of the composite film generated from the plating bath with 9 g/L ZrO2 are the best during the preparation of COW/ZrO2 composite plating by the pulse plating technology.
