"双碳"目标下河南高耗能制造业转型升级路径

碳达峰、碳中和是实现经济社会可持续发展的必然选择,在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略背景下,河南高耗能制造业亟待探索转型升级的有效路径.在分析了河南高耗能制造业绿色化改造现状后,针对其推进转型发展面临的能源消耗量过高、产能过剩、技术开发能力较弱的问题,分别从能源开发利用方式、要素投入方式、关键技术开发方式三个方面提出了绿色发展转型路径.
Transformation and Upgrading Path of High-energy-consuming Manufacturing Industry in Henan Province under National Dual Carbon Targets
Peaking carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060 are the inevitable choices to achieve sustainable economic and social development.In the context of the rise of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin as a major national development strategy,it is urgent to explore effective transformation and upgrading path for high-energy-consuming manufacturing industry in Henan Province.The development situation of green transformation of high-energy-consuming manufacturing industry in Henan Province has been analyzed.In response to the challenges of excessive energy consumption,overcapacity,and weak technological development capabilities in promoting the transformation and development,three paths for its green development transformation from the aspects of energy development and utilization methods,factor input methods,and key technology development methods are proposed.
