摘要

面对高压电缆接头的安全与稳定性挑战,通过引入氮化硼和二乙基次膦酸铝为改性复合填料,成功开发了一种新型阻燃散热型聚氨酯电缆灌封胶.实验结果表明:添加30%的复合填料可以使聚氨酯灌封胶的导热系数提升至1.19 W·m-1·K-1,达到UL-94 V0阻燃等级,同时还保持了良好的力学性能和电绝缘性,为提高电缆接头的综合性能提升提供了一种有效的材料解决方案.

Abstract

Faced with the safety and stability challenges of high-voltage cable joints,this study successfully developed a new type of flame-retardant and heat dissipating polyurethane cable sealing adhesive by introducing boron nitride and diethyl aluminum phosphinate as composite fillers.The experimental results showed that the addition of 30%composite filler not only increased the thermal conductivity of polyurethane sealing adhesive to 1.19 W·m-1·K-1,but also achieved a UL-94 V0 flame retardancy level,while still maintaining excellent mechanical properties and electrical insulation.This research provides an effective material solution for enhancing the comprehensive performance of cable joints.
