Study on Preparation and Performance of Polyurethane Composite with Flame Retardant and Heat Dissipating for Cable Sealing
Faced with the safety and stability challenges of high-voltage cable joints, this study successfully developed a new type of flame-retardant and heat dissipating polyurethane cable sealing adhesive by introducing boron nitride and diethyl aluminum phosphinate as composite fillers. The experimental results showed that the addition of 30%composite filler not only increased the thermal conductivity of polyurethane sealing adhesive to 1.19 W·m-1·K-1,but also achieved a UL-94 V0 flame retardancy level, while still maintaining excellent mechanical properties and electrical insulation. This research provides an effective material solution for enhancing the comprehensive performance of cable joints.
