基于富氧燃烧的燃煤锅炉深度调峰试验研究

随着可再生能源消纳比例的不断提高,进入深度调峰的燃煤机组数量和调峰时间进一步增加,超低负荷下锅炉效率偏低的问题也更加突出.对基于富氧燃烧的燃煤锅炉深度调峰运行情况和性能进行了研究,得到锅炉在低负荷下的主要运行参数,对低负荷下锅炉效率偏低的问题进行全面分析并提出了解决方法.试验结果表明,富氧燃烧锅炉深度调峰负荷能达到 30%额定负荷,主要运行参数能够满足锅炉安全环保运行,通过检修改造和运行调整,超低负荷下的锅炉效率提高了 2.25%,研究结果为深度调峰锅炉经济性提高提供了思路.
Experimental Study on Deep Peak Shaving of Coal-fired Boilers on Oxygen Rich Combustion
With the continuous increase in the proportion of renewable energy consumption,the number of coal-fired units entering deep peak shaving and peak shaving time will further increase,and the problem of low boiler efficiency under ultra-low load will become more prominent.This article studies the deep peak shaving operation and performance of coal-fired boilers based on oxygen rich combustion,obtains the main operating parameters of the boiler under low load,and comprehensively analyzes the problem of low boiler efficiency under low load and takes reasonable measures.The experimental results show that the deep peak load regulation of the oxygen rich combustion boiler can reach 30%of the rated load,and the main operating parameters can meet the safety and environmental protection requirements of the boiler.Through maintenance,renovation,and operation adjustment,the boiler efficiency under ultra-low load has been improved by 2.25%.The research results provide ideas for improving the economic efficiency of deep peak shaving boilers.
