河南省科技金融与金融科技耦合协调度研究

摘要
基于科技金融与金融科技系统耦合机制,利用 2016-2022 年河南 18 个省辖市的相关数据对其科技金融和金融科技发展水平进行综合评价,结合耦合协调度模型实证分析两系统间的耦合与互动发展.研究发现,样本期间内,河南各省辖市科技金融与金融科技的耦合协调度呈上升趋势,但耦合协调度偏低,且四大经济区差距较为明显.为提升河南省科技金融与金融科技耦合协调度水平,需要政府统筹资源流动,金融机构和科技型企业加强联动,并注重综合型人才的培养.
Abstract
Based on the coupled mechanism of technological finance and financial technology systems,this paper discusses coupling coordination degree between technological finance and financial technology in 18 prefecture-level cities of Henan Province from 2016 to 2022 by using the methods of coupling coordination degree model.The results indicate that during the sample period,the coupling coordination degree between technological finance and financial technology in each prefecture-level city of Henan Province show an upward trend,but the coupling coordination degree is relatively low,and the disparity among the four major economic circles is significant.Therefore,to enhance the level of coupling coordination degree between technological finance and financial technology in Henan Province,it is necessary for the government to coordinate the flow of resources,strengthen departmental linkage between financial institutions and technology-based enterprises,and focus on cultivating comprehensive talents.
