Simulation and Optimization of Automatic Leveling System for Sliding Loader Bucket
Aiming at the leveling problem of the lifting bucket of a skid steer loader,an automatic leveling system for the lifting bucket of the skid steer loader was designed,and its lifting automatic leveling principle was given.Based on AMESim,the overall simulation models of the diversion valve,unloading valve,and leveling system were established.The diversion characteristics of the diversion valve were simulated and analyzed,and the unloading range of the unloading valve was verified.The lifting leveling performance in the initial state was simulated and analyzed.Based on genetic algorithm,the parameters of the damping diameter of the small chamber oil return T of the boom,the damping diameter of the large chamber inlet of the bucket,and the damping diameter of the small chamber oil return T of the bucket were optimized.The research results showed that the lifting leveling performance was poor in the initial state,and the speed ratio of the boom and bucket was 2.4;The automatic leveling performance of the optimized bucket has been improved,with a boom to bucket speed ratio of 2.1 and an optimized bucket tilt angle range of-2 °—3 °.
