Design of Communication Module for Battery Management System Based on MC9S12
Focusing on improving the communication efficiency of battery management systems,this article proposes a CAN communication module scheme using MC9S12XEP100 as the core controller.This plan systematically plans the overall architecture,topology layout,detailed circuit design,and communication code development of BMS.This design precisely meets the demanding real-time requirements of the electric vehicle communication field,and integrates CANtest software for real-time monitoring and in-depth data analysis of the network bus.It not only verifies the reliability of the CAN communication hardware circuit design,but also ensures the accuracy of the underlying software code.
