Analysis of the Present Situation and Influence of the Job Burnout of Tour Guides
This paper has discussed relevant factors in causing guide＇s occupational burn-out on the basis of large amounts of investigations.It has analyzed its causes mainly by using demography variables.The result shows that the situation of job burnout is serious on the whole;the variables on vital statistic,like gender,marriage status,are closely related to the job burnout;factors,like age,are partially related to job burnout;while education is not necessarily related to it.
