Evaluation and Spatial Evolution Characteristics of High-quality Economic Development of Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone
The construction of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone has entered a stage of high-quality development,so measuring the level of high-quality economic development of Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone can provide a reference for the study of high-quality regional development.Based on the"new development philosophy",this paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality economic development based on the five dimensions of"innovation, coordination, sharing, openness and green",and uses the entropy weight method to measure the high-quality development level of regional economy from 2005 to 2020.Based on the above measurement results, the kernel density estimation and the standard deviation ellipse method are used to analyze and study the internal situation and spatial distribution characteristics of the high quality development level of regional economy. The results are as follows:1)The distribution pattern of the level of high-quality economic development in the study area has changed from"low in the northern part of central China and high in the eastern part of southwest China"at the beginning of the study period, and finally presents the distribution pattern of the central urban areas radiating from the surrounding counties;2)From 2005 to 2020,the overall level of high-quality economic development in Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone shows a steady upward trend, among which the innovation dimension is the dimension with the highest growth rate, but the gap between counties within the region shows a gradual expansion trend;3)In terms of spatial distribution, the center of gravity of the standard deviation ellipse migrates to the direction of the north of the west. Finally, based on the research results, relevant development suggestions for the realization of high-quality economic development in Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone are put forward.
