摘要

目前,我国征信业采取的是以市场化为主的发展模式,这与日本的征信发展模式在很大程度上有相似之处。分析日本征信市场发展的特点,认为我国应加快征信法律法规建设,鼓励发展市场化运作的民营征信机构,激活金融机构对于征信业的潜在需求,发挥行业协会的自律与带动作用等,以促进我国征信行业健康发展。

Abstract

At present, the market-oriented development pattern is adopted for China’ s credit reference industry, which is, to a great extent, similar to the development pattern of Japan’s credit reference. An analysis is made on the characteristics of Japan’ s credit market development, holding that China should speed up the construction of credit reference laws and regulations, encourage the development of private credit reference institutions on basis of market-oriented operation, activate the potential demand for credit reference industry from financial institutions, and exert the role of industry association in self-discipline and leadership, so as to promote the healthy development of China’s credit reference industry.
