After more than 20 years of construction,China's credit management talent development system has been established.Academic education for credit management majors in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Education and the national vocational qualification certificate system for credit managers of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security are the main channels to transport credit management professionals,and the professional training provided by the credit control service industry is a useful supplement to the cultivation of credit management professionals.Although China's human resources market for credit management majors is gradually maturing,there are problems that need to be solved urgently in all kinds of talent training methods,and there is still a long way to go to improve the credit management professional talent training system.
