Credit Empowered Modernization of Municipal Social Governance:Logic,Challenges and Practical Path
Social credit governance is an important way to promote the modernization of municipal social governance.Exploring the internal logic of credit empowering municipal social governance is to provide a theoretical basis for it.Social credit governance will break through the difficulties of the traditional municipal social governance,such as scattered governance structure,lack of long-term governance mechanisms and lack of effective constraint mechanisms.Facing challenges such as inadequate guarantee of social credit system,insufficient protection of rights and imperfect standards of the platform,this paper proposes optimization paths such as strengthening the construction of credit governance joint-action mechanism,actively transforming social credit governance methods and establishing municipal social credit governance platform,etc.
