Credit Repair Mechanism and Its Practical Research in the Field of Market Supervision
With the deepening of the construction of the social credit system,the credit repair system has gradually become a focus of attention in theoretical research and practical application,playing a positive role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of credit subjects,encouraging the reshaping of credit,and stimulating market vitality.By systematically understanding the concept of credit repair and exploring the system of credit repair,this paper clarifies the credit repair concept in the current social credit system construction,and elaborates on the credit repair mechanism from the aspects of the methods,subjects,objects,and procedures of credit repair.Starting from the practice of credit repair in the field of market supervision,this paper systematically analyzes the current implementation status and existing problems of credit repair,and provides measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of credit repair mechanism.
