信息生态视域下交通信用信息平台构建分析——以河南省高速"绿通"车辆为例

现阶段,我国"绿通"车辆的判别多以高速收费站工作人员人工参与为主,未能充分发挥原有交通运输信用信息平台的作用.为构建跨平台跨省份的全国交通信用信息平台,以河南省高速"绿通"车辆通行这一场景作为切入点,运用信息生态理论对交通信用信息平台的数据本体、参与主体、外部环境三个要素进行分析,探讨交通信用信息平台构建模式,为多模态情境中交通信用信息平台构建提供参考.在此基础上,对"绿通"车辆交通信用信息平台的构建,提出了针对性建议.
Analysis of the Construction of Transportation Credit Information Platform from the Perspective of Information Ecology:Taking the"Green Pass"Vehicles of Henan Provincial Expressway as an Example
At present,the"Green Pass"vehicles identification in China is mainly based on the manual participation of high-speed toll station staff,which has not fully utilized the role of the original transportation credit information platform.In order to build a cross-platform and cross-province national transportation credit information platform,taking the scene of"Green Pass"vehicle traffic on the Henan Provincial Expressway as the starting point,the information ecology theory was applied to analyze the three elements of the transportation credit information platform:data ontology,participants,and external environment.The construction mode of the transportation credit information platform was explored,providing a reference for the construction of the transportation credit information platform in multimodal contexts.On this basis,targeted suggestions were put forward for the construction of the"Green Pass"vehicle traffic credit information platformo
