A Study of Third-Party Credit Service Agency Services on the Path of Credit Supervision
The participation of third-party credit service organizations in the field of government credit supervision provides important ideas for the construction of China's social credit system.By analyzing the application value and application scenarios of third-party credit service agencies in the field of government affairs,we have built an enterprise credit evaluation system covering the basis of trustworthiness,legal compliance,credit records and business conditions,and explored the current problems of the third-party credit service agencies by taking the synergistic cooperation between credit supervisory departments and third-party credit service agencies as an entry point.Suggestions are made to strengthen the compliance and security of data elements,strengthen communication and cooperation with industry associations,and actively assist the government in promoting the construction of social credit system.
