The Induction and Review of the Trustworthy Incentive Mechanism in the Local Law
The current credit incentive mechanism in local legislation has encountered problems such as similar incentive measures to existing reward measures, heavy punishment for dishonesty over credit incentives, inconsistent judgment standards for credit incentives, and expanded evaluation content. These problems are closely related to factors such as the blurred boundaries of the credit incentive mechanism, the traditional mindset of heavy punishment and light reward, the expansion of the service target of the credit system, and the diversification of credit evaluation criteria.Based on this,we propose clarifying institutional boundaries, limiting the content of credit evaluation, establishing national-level judgment standards, and appropriately reducing the government's burden,so as to provide support for further local exploration and even national-level legislation.
