Research on the Risk Prevention and Control of Cross-border Flow of Enterprise Data
With the development of the big data economy,data has become a digital resource that countries are competing for.By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of enterprise data,based on the current situation of cross-border data flow in China,this article explores the challenges that enterprises face such as incomplete internal data compliance management systems and unclear data regulatory agencies.At present,many countries have proposed solutions for cross-border data flow.Based on this,by establishing a systematic legal regulatory system for cross-border data flow,strengthening international cooperation,and setting up independent data regulatory agencies,we can enhance the core competitiveness of China's digital enterprises and reduce compliance risks in expanding overseas markets.
