Research on the Third Form of Credit Norms:A Perspective of Credit Science
Credit norms have many forms such as ethics,law and management.Credit norms in credit management can be referred to as credit management credit or credit management norms,which is the third form of credit norms that are distinguished from moral credit and legal credit.It arises and develops with the emergence and development of credit relationship,develops collaboratively in the interaction and complementarity of moral credit and legal credit,and has practical inevitability.In regulating credit behavior,credit management credit has its own characteristics in terms of regulatory scope,regulatory power,evaluation orientation,disciplinary measures,and responsibility attributes;It also has its own way of existence,with specific types of classification,and different manifestations in various credit fields.Its practical inevitability,inherent characteristics,and specific mode of existence are the basis for the independent form of credit norms,and the basic content of credit norms theory in credit science.
