At present,China's credit investigation system has achieved coverage in many fields of the society,and is still deepening.In order to compensate for the shortcomings caused by the concept of"result protection",such as the generalization of personal information collection and sharing,and the low transparency of personal information processing rules,the concept of"process protection"should be introduced to clarify the scope of personal credit information collection and sharing,and strengthen the effective application of relevant credit rules.Moreover,it is necessary to coordinate the construction of a system for personal credit reporting and punishment for dishonesty,clarify the standards for determining compensation for personal credit infringement,and thus achieve effective protection of personal information.
