The Normative Construction of Social Credit Repair:On Article 98 of the Social Credit System Construction Law(Draft for Comments)
As a strategic tool of social governance in the future,social credit emphasizes that in addition to punishment for breach of trust,credit repair should also be followed up to achieve functional complementarity.The foundation of a solid credit repair system lies in the clear definition of the function of preventing credit violations,the implementation of the degree of thorough repair.In the normative structure of the social credit repair system,firstly,a dual credit repair request system should be established,and the obligated subjects of credit repair and review requirements should be confirmed;secondly,the content of credit repair measures should be enriched with doctrinal explanations,incorporating the concept of"forgotten";and thirdly,we should build a credit information sharing system with"Credit China"as the core,refine the response and supervision mechanism of information sharing,open relief channels for collaborative errors.
