Credit Dilemma and Countermeasures in the Reform of Commercial Registration System
The reform of commercial registration system is a"credit revolution",which builds a credit governance structure based on self-credit and assisted by public power credit guarantee,and basically establishes the commercial registration credit compliance system.But the reform of commercial registration system is faced with credit dilemma,mainly manifested as the weak credit awareness of commercial registration applicants,weak credit incentive and unsound credit liability system.To solve these problems,we should strengthen the cultivation of commercial registration applicants'credit awareness,improve the credit incentive mechanism and perfect the credit liability system.
