Comprehensive Measurement and Comparative Analysis of Regional Credit Environment Based on Dagum Gini Coefficient
Improving the modem social credit system is an important guarantee for optimizing the business environment and promoting the Chinese path to modernization.Using Dagum Gini coefficient and its subgroup decomposition method,this paper quantitatively describes the degree and source of spatial disequilibrium of credit development level in the selected 285 prefecture-level cities in China during 2010-2021.The results show that the credit environment of 285 prefecture-level cities still has a large room for improvement,and the credit environment index presents a agglomeration feature in geographical space,with significant spatial differentiation and spatial dependence.Implementing differentiated external policies,giving full play to resource endowments and comparative advantages,and promoting the balanced development of regional credit environment are inevitable requirements for improving the modern social credit system,and are the top priority for optimizing the business environment.
