Governance Logic of Data Validation:Concept Clarification,Problem Investigation and Path Design
Digital economy is a brand new economic form,and data confirmation is the foundation of its value construction.The existing concepts of data property rights,data property rights,and data rights are often interpreted in a multidisciplinary grafting mode,lacking clear concepts and connotations at the legal level,which indirectly leads to multiple difficulties in the process of data rights confirmation.Traditional data rights confirmation mode,new data rights theory,and existing data rights system cannot fully respond to data governance problems in practice.In view of this,it is advisable to build a progressive data rights confirmation model,classify data rights on the basis of differentiated rights confirmation,and then establish a standardized rights confirmation mechanism to steadily promote the innovative practice of data rights confirmation.
