Design of an Intelligent Nursing Portable Mattress for Preventing Pressure Injury
[Purposes]Aiming at the long-term bedridden disabled or semi-disabled people,an intelligent nursing portable mattress for preventing pressure injury was designed,which can effectively reduce the incidence of skin problems such as pressure injury and improve the quality of life for this group of people.[Methods]Through the CAN bus modular communication network,the monitoring,early warning,mas-sage and other functional modules were linked together by the intelligent nursing portable mattress for preventing pressure injury.The pressure position and duration of the user 's body were prompted,and the functions of local massage and assisted turning over were realized through the mobile phone APP to relieve the local skin pressure.[Findings]The intelligent nursing portable mattress for preventing pres-sure injury was simple in operation and complete in function.By integrating monitoring,early warning,massage and other technologies,it could not only effectively prevent and control the occurrence of pres-sure injury and other diseases,so as to improve the comfort and quality of life of long-term bedridden people,but also greatly reduce the burden of family and society.[Conclusions]The intelligent nursing portable mattress for preventing pressure injury is suitable for long-term bedridden people,which can ef-fectively alleviate the local skin compression and other problems of this group of people.It has the advan-tages of intelligent prompt,convenient operation and portability and can effectively improve the effi-ciency of nursing,increase the comfort of bedridden people,reduce personal and social medical costs,and save nursing resources.
