[目的]为了有效清理天花板附着的污渍,设计了一种基于空中轨迹识别技术的天花板清洁装置.[方法]在对清洁装置工作原理进行分析的基础上,建立了装置三维结构模型,并对装置的主要部件进行结构设计.该装置集成了驱动层、脏物收集层、吸尘式机械臂、红外传感器顶盖、核心控制箱和空中轨迹识别系统等模块,可以自动规划行程,实时监测和识别作业画面,控制装置进行清理作业.为了判断所设计清洁装置的底板是否满足强度要求,利用SolidWorks软件对装置底板进行有限元分析.[结果]计算结果显示,所设计的底板强度满足使用要求,设计合理.[结论]所设计的清洁装置在自动化、精准定位、智能避障、实时监控和节能环保等方面具有显著的创新性和应用前景,为智能清理装置的研发和设计提供了参考和借鉴.
Design of Ceiling Cleaning Device Based on ATRT
[Purposes]In order to effectively clean the stains attached to the ceiling,a ceiling cleaning de-vice based on ATRT(Air Trajectory Recognition Technology)is designed.[Methods]Based on the analysis of the working principle of the cleaning device,the three-dimensional structural model of the device is es-tablished,and the main components of the device are designed.The device integrates the driving layer,dirt collection layer,vacuum mechanical arm,infrared sensor top cover,core control box and air trajectory iden-tification system,which can automatically plan the trip,monitor and identify the operation picture in real time,and control the device to clean up.In order to judge whether the bottom plate of the designed cleaning device meets the strength requirements,the finite element analysis of the device bottom plate is carried out by using SolidWorks software.[Findings]The calculation results show that the strength of the designed bottom plate meets the use requirements and the design is reasonable.[Conclusions]The designed cleaning device has remarkable innovation and application prospects in automation,accurate positioning,intelligent obstacle avoidance,real-time monitoring,energy saving and environmental protection,which provides reference for the research and design of intelligent cleaning device.
