摘要

[目的]为提升超高压变电站安全检修过程保护压板投退的工作效率,并减小保护压板投退失误率,开发了保护压板投退工器具.[方法]首先,设计双螺母同时投退齿轮传动结构解决两个螺母同时操作问题;设计摩擦扭矩限制器实现过载机械保护目标;设计改变圆心角调整所对应弦长的机构实现适配不型号的压板的目的.其次,进行了双闭环电机驱动控制的设计,解决力矩平稳性问题.最后,完成了保护压板投退工器具整体开发.[结果]工器具在洛阳分部进行应用试验,试用结果表明其可提升工作效率50%以上.[结论]保护压板投退工器具,实现了保护压板可靠、快速、省力的投退.

Abstract

[Purposes]In order to improve the efficiency of switching on/off the protective pressure plate during the safety maintenance process of ultra-high voltage substations and reduce the error rate of switching on/off the protective pressure plate,a protective pressure plate switching tool has been devel-oped.[Methods]Firstly,this paper designs a dual nut simultaneous input/output gear transmission struc-ture to solve the problem of simultaneous operation of two nuts;this paper designs friction torque limiters to achieve overload mechanical protection goals;this paper designs a mechanism to adjust the chord length corresponding to the center angle of the circle to achieve the purpose of adapting to different types of pressure plates.Then,a dual closed-loop motor drive control was designed to solve the problem of torque stability.Finally,the overall development of protective pressure plate on and off tools was com-pleted.[Findings]The application test of tools was conducted in the Luoyang branch,and the trial re-sults showed that it can improve work efficiency by more than 50%.[Conclusions]The use of protective pressure plate switching tools has achieved reliable,fast,and labor-saving switching of protective pres-sure plates.
