金融集聚、财政分权与OFDI绿色创新逆向异质效应研究

摘要
[目的]为更好地了解地区绿色创新发展的内在影响因素和动力来源,从外部资金视角探讨OFDI对区域绿色创新效率的驱动机制.[方法]基于中国30个省(区、市)2011-2020年的省级面板数据,构建Super-SBM模型测算省域绿色创新效率,建立以金融集聚和财政分权为调节变量的门槛模型进行实证分析.[结果]中国绿色创新效率整体水平较低,发展不均衡问题严重;OFDI对绿色创新效率存在显著的金融集聚和财政分权双重门槛效应.[结论]在金融集聚调节下,OFDI对绿色创新效率的影响由不显著转为"梯度式"增强的促进作用;在财政分权调节下,OFDI对绿色创新效率的驱动作用呈现出先促进后抑制的"倒U形"非线性动态特征.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore driving mechanism of OFDI on regional green innova-tion efficiency from the perspective of external funds,so as to better understand the internal influencing factors and power sources of regional green innovation development.[Methods]Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,a Super-SBM model was constructed to estimate provincial green innovation efficiency,and a threshold model with financial agglomeration and fiscal decentralization as moderating variables was established for empirical analysis.[Findings]The overall level of green innova-tion efficiency in China is low,and the imbalance problem is serious;OFDI has obvious double threshold effect of financial agglomeration and fiscal decentralization on green innovation efficiency.[Conclu-sions]Under the regulation of financial agglomeration,the influence of OFDI on green innovation effi-ciency changes from insignificant to"gradient"enhancement.Under the adjustment of fiscal decentral-ization,the driving effect of OFDI on green innovation efficiency presents an"inverted U-shaped"non-linear dynamic feature of promoting first and then inhibiting.
