建筑工程施工安全风险影响因素研究

[目的]构建建筑工程施工安全解释结构模型,识别安全风险因素,提出安全风险防控措施,从而减少或者避免安全风险事故的发生,实现安全生产的目标.[方法]分析建筑施工安全现状,通过解释结构模型(ISM),分析建筑工程施工安全影响因素间的相互关系.[结果]建筑工程施工安全最深层因素是管理人员协调能力和施工现场安全防护措施.[结论]建议加强管理人员培训,以增强管理人员的协调能力;施工企业应加大对施工现场安全防护措施的投入,当安全事故发生时将损失降到最低.
Research on the Influencing Factors of Construction Safety Risks in Construction Projects
[Purposes]By constructing a structural model for explaining construction safety in construc-tion projects,identifying safety risk factors,and proposing safety risk prevention and control measures,this paper aims to reduce or avoid the occurrence of safety risk accidents,thus achieving the goal of safety production.[Methods]This paper analyzes the current situation of construction safety,and the in-terrelationships between factors affecting construction safety in building engineering by interpretative the Structural Model(ISM).[Findings]The deepest factors affecting the safety of construction projects are the coordination ability of management personnel and the safety protection measures at the construction site.[Conclusions]It is recommended to strengthen training for management personnel and enhance their coordination ability.Construction enterprises should increase investment in safety protection mea-sures at the construction site to minimize losses in the event of safety accidents.
