Application of Intelligent Production Line in Isolated Ground Switch Manufacturing Scenario
[Purposes]In the production process of high-voltage switch,the logistics transfer and assem-bly process are more traditional,resulting in low work efficiency and unstable product quality.It is ur-gent to find a technical solution to solve this problem.[Methods]Taking the isolated grounding switch as the research object,the production layout was optimized according to its structural characteristics and production requirements,than,the intelligent production line including intelligent material distribution and intelligent assembly was designed by using the concept of continuous flow.[Findings]The applica-tion of intelligent production equipment and the optimization of production rhythm shortened the waiting time,improved the production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers.[Conclusions]The research results of this study explore a digital and intelligent assembly technology route for the power in-dustry.
