Design and Application of an Automatic Cleaning Device for Mobile Tanks of Finished Spice Product
[Purposes]In order to achieve automatic cleaning of the mobile tank of spice products after use,a device for automatically cleaning the mobile tank of spice products using purified water was de-signed using automatic control technology.[Methods]The device consists of an execution system and a control system.The execution system consists of a positioning mechanism,a bracket,a sliding rail lifting mechanism,a pressure regulating system,a dual medium rotating nozzle,etc.The control system is com-posed of a PLC controller,a frequency converter,an electric motor,etc.Through the positioning mechanism,the moving tank of the finished spice product to be cleaned is quickly placed in the specified position;the rotary nozzle is dragged by the slide rail lifting mechanism to move up and down inside the moving tank of the finished spices.And PLC control technology is used to realize automatic cleaning of the inner wall of the moving tank of spice products.[Findings]After practical application in the production site,the results show that the device can achieve automatic cleaning without dead corners,with high cleaning efficiency,short time consumption,reliable stability,simple operation,and convenient maintenance.[Conclusions]The device solves the problems of inconvenient operation,low efficiency,uncontrollable time consumption,and high labor intensity that exist when relying on manual cleaning of mobile cans for finished spice products.The automation,standardization,and high efficiency of the cleaning process have been achieved.The device has good application prospects in the field of cleaning mobile spice tanks.
