摘要
[目的]随着城市轨道交通线路的大量开通和客流量的持续增加,对车站运营管理提出了更高的要求,因此需要对城市轨道交通智慧车站建设进行研究.[方法]依托"人工智能+轨道交通"理念,分析车站运营管理现状及存在的问题,通过智能支付、安检票检一体机、可视化候车、智能导乘、能源智能管控、客流管家、智能化应急管理等方式建设"城市轨道交通智慧车站".[结果]使车站由原来单一的功能逐渐发生变化,将车站和乘客需求相结合,实现轨道交通向个性化服务转变,让"客流"变为"客户",同时做到智慧管理,使整个城市轨道交通运营系统实现多层次、多环节的智能控制,实现系统优化升级.[结论]城市轨道交通智慧车站建设可为乘客出行和企业运营提供更好的技术保障,减少运营管理人员数量,降低运营成本,提高服务质量,助力城市轨道交通可持续发展.
Abstract
[Purposes]With the opening of a large number of urban rail transit lines and the continuous in-crease of passenger flow,higher requirements are put forward for station operation and management,so it is necessary to conduct research on the construction of urban rail transit smart stations.[Methods]This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of station operation and management based on"artificial intelligence+rail transit",and constructs"urban rail transit smart station"through intelli-gent payment,integrated security and ticket inspection machine,visual waiting,intelligent guidance,en-ergy intelligent control,passenger flow management,intelligent emergency management,and other meth-ods.[Findings]The station gradually diversifies its original single function:combining the station with passenger needs,achieving the transformation of rail transit to personalized services,transforming"pas-senger flow"into"customers",and achieving intelligent management at the same time.This enables the entire urban rail transit operation system to achieve multi-aspect and multi-level intelligent control,thus optimizing the system optimization,upgrading,and management.[Conclusions]The construction of urban rail transit smart stations can provide better technical support for passenger travel and enterprise operation,reduce the number of operation and management personnel,reduce operating costs,improve service quality,and promote the sustainable development of urban rail transit.
