装配式混凝土夹芯拱形屋盖性能分析

[目的]为切实降低建筑碳排放,满足"双碳"发展背景下建筑业的发展要求.[方法]通过对一种新型装配式混凝土夹芯拱形屋盖进行分析,探讨该结构的空间构形特点,研究空间曲面夹芯拱形板的力学性能、热工性能及装配施工技术.[结果]研究表明,装配式混凝土夹芯拱形屋盖力学性能好、承载能力高,夹芯保温层能够有效改善热工性能,屋盖单元的预制生产、装配施工方便.[结论]根据建筑结构设计分析方法,研究了混凝土夹芯拱形屋盖的关键装配施工技术,并提出了优化策略和建议.本研究可为我国寒冷采暖地区装配式建筑的发展提供借鉴.
Performance Analysis of Prefabricated Concrete Sandwich Arch Roof
[Purposes]In order to effectively reduce carbon emissions of buildings and meet the development requirements of the construction industry under the background of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals".[Methods]This paper analyzes a new prefabricated concrete sandwich arch roof,discusses the spatial configuration characteristics of the structure,and studies the mechanical properties,thermal proper-ties and assembly construction technology of the space curved sandwich arch panel.[Findings]The re-search shows that the prefabricated concrete sandwich arch roof has good mechanical properties and high bearing capacity,the sandwich insulation layer can effectively improve the thermal performance,and the prefabrication and assembly construction of the roof unit are convenient.[Conclusions]According to the analysis method of building structure design,the key assembly and construction technology of concrete sandwich arch roof was studied,and the optimization strategy and suggestions were given.This study can provide reference for the development of prefabricated buildings in cold heating areas in China.
