Research on Innovation Path of Intellectual Property Operation and Management in Application-Oriented Universities—Taking Zhengzhou College of Finance and Economics as an Example
[Purposes]Universities are important gathering places for innovation resources and the main sources of innovation achievements.Local applied universities link knowledge creation and specific sce-nario applications,having a unique mission and position in the innovation system.However,the prob-lems faced in the construction of intellectual property operation and management in applied universities urgently need to be addressed.[Methods]This paper analyzes the path of intellectual property operation and management in applied universities from six aspects:strengthening top-level design,setting up micro majors for intellectual property positions,implementing university intellectual property standards,con-structing intellectual property protection stations and trademark brand guidance stations,promoting school local cooperation,and deepening production-learning-research-application collaboration.[Find-ings]This paper proposes new strategies for local applied universities to deepen the operation and man-agement of intellectual property and serves regional innovation driven development strategies.[Conclu-sions]It has certain reference value for local universities to deeply promote the operation and manage-ment of intellectual property rights and serve regional economic development.
