Research on the Impact of Relation Network on the Grouth of Technology-Based MSMEs—Based on the Perspective of Resource Bricolage
[Purposes]Technology-based MSMEs are the main forces of scientific and technological inno-vation and economic development in China.How to realize rapid and healthy growth of technology-based MSMEs in the competitive market is a hot research topic in the academic circle.On the basis of previous studies,based on the resource constraint bottleneck in the growth of technology-based MSMEs,this pa-per discusses the influence mechanism of the relation network of technology-based MSMEs on the enter-prises growth from the perspective of resource bricolage through sorting out relevant theories,and puts forward corresponding research hypotheses and establishes a theoretical model.[Methods]103 valid questionnaires were collected from technology-based MSMEs in Henan Province,and then analyzed us-ing SPSS software.[Findings]The empirical results show that the relation network and resource brico-lage have a significant positive impact on enterprise growth,and resource bricolage plays a mediating role between the relation network and enterprise growth.[Conclusions]The research conclusions enrich the research results of the growth of technology-based MSMEs,and also have certain guiding signifi-cance for the growth of technology-based MSMEs.
