[目的]本文旨在解决发动机气门落座冲击导致的振动和噪声问题,提出一种新型的空气弹簧开启关闭发动机气门装置的设计方案。该设计能够有效地缓冲冲击,降低发动机的振动和噪声,同时能够精确调控气门的落座速度,提高发动机的性能、。[方法]该设计利用橡胶空气弹簧吸收冲击能量,达到缓冲效果,同时调控气门落座速度,降低部件磨损。[结果]新设计有效地解决了现有技术中的振动和噪声问题,降低了发动机噪声,延长了发动机寿命,同时提高了发动机工作效率和输出功率。[结论]不同类型发动机都可应用,也适用于其他机械设备。未来可优化弹簧刚度和响应速度,研究在其他类型机械中的应用。
An Air Spring Opens and Closes an Engine Valve Device
[Purposes]This paper aims to solve is to solve the vibration and noise problems caused by the impact of engine valve seating,and to propose a new design scheme of gas spring opening and closing engine valve device.The design can effectively cushion shocks,reduce engine vibration and noise,and at the same time accurately adjust the seat speed of the valves,thus improving engine performance.[Methods]The design uses a rubber air spring to absorb the impact energy to achieve the cushioning effect,and at the same time adjust the valve seat speed to reduce the wear of components.[Findings]The new design effectively solves the vibration and noise problems in the existing art,reduces the engine noise,prolongs the engine life,and improves the engine work efficiency and output power.[Conclusions]Compared to mechanical camshaft drives,this design provides better cushioning and control accuracy,and reduces component wear.Different types of engines can be used and can also be used in other mechanical equipment.In the future,the spring rate and response speed can be optimized,and the application in other types of machinery can be studied.
