主燃油泵轴承剥落故障探究

[目的]查明某型发动机配套主燃油泵所用滚子轴承内外滚道剥落的原因,可以提高主燃油泵寿命和可靠性.[方法]本文对主燃油泵所用滚子轴承的结构组成、配合间隙、滚道受力等进行仿真分析.[结果]导致滚道剥落的原因为偏载引起的局部应力超出材料的许用范围.本研究还查出了轴承偏载的原因.针对偏载原因制定了控制间隙和滚子修形的措施.经仿真分析和试验验证,证明了措施的可行性.[结论]该问题的解决提高了主燃油泵的寿命和可靠性,同时为同类滚动轴承的设计和剥落故障分析提供了依据和参考方案.
Research on Spalling Fault of Main Fuel Pump Bearing
[Purposes]This paper aims to find out the reasons for the spalling of the inner and outer race-way of the rod bearing used in the main fuel pump of a certain engine and improve the life and reliability of the main fuel pump.[Methods]This paper makes simulation analysis on the structural composition,matching clearance and raceway force of the rod bearing used in the main fuel pump.[Findings]The rea-son for the raceway spalling is that the local stress caused by partial load exceeds the allowable range of the material.This study further found out the reason of bearing off-load.Aiming at the cause of off-load,the measures to control the clearance and roll rod modification are developed.The feasibility of the mea-sures is proved by simulation analysis and test.[Conclusions]The solution of this problem improves the life and reliability of the main fuel pump,and provides a design basis and reference scheme for the de-sign and spalling fault analysis of similar rolling bearings.
