Study on the Influence of the Quality of Coarse Aggregate of White Cloud Clastic Limestone on the Performance of Ready-Mixed Concrete in Ningxia Area
[Purposes]The differences in concrete raw materials and mix proportions between water con-servancy and construction industries have affected the application of ready-mixed concrete in water con-servancy projects,so it is necessary to study its impact.[Methods]Through the indoor test of dolomite clastic limestone in Ningxia area,the effects of the maximum particle size of concrete coarse aggregate,the content of mud and the content of needle flake on the working performance,compressive strength and frost resistance of concrete were studied,and the effect of mud content on the compactness and bonding strength of concrete was observed by SEM analysis.[Findings]The test results show that the maximum particle size of coarse aggregate has little effect on the performance of ready-mixed concrete.With the in-crease of the content of coarse aggregate mud block,the working performance of ready-mixed concrete is obviously reduced.With the increase of the content of needle-like aggregate,the slump of cement con-crete decreases.Through SEM technology,it is found that forming different degrees of structural weak ar-eas and defects.[Conclusions]Through the research on the influencing factors of ready-mixed concrete performance,it has guiding significance for the quality control of water conservancy projects in Ningxia,and provides reference for the quality inspection of local water conservancy projects.
