Research on the Evaluation of Comprehensive Benefits of Urban Land in Shaanxi Province
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the comprehensive benefits of urban land use in Shaanxi Province in terms of ecology,economy and society,and promote the rational use of local urban land.[Methods]This paper takes Shaanxi Province as the research area,constructs a land benefit evalua-tion index system composed of 18 indicators,and uses the entropy method to empower each index item,and then evaluates and studies the urban land benefit of ten prefecture-level cities under its jurisdiction.[Findings]The results show that:①The urban land efficiency in Shaanxi Province is related to the local topography,with Guanzhong performing best,northern Shaanxi at the middle level,and southern Shaanxi in a relatively backward state.②There are obvious differences in urban land efficiency in the province,Xi'an City and Yulin City are significantly ahead of other cities,and other prefecture-level cities have greater room for improvement in land use efficiency.[Conclusions]The ecological score shows that the situation of focusing on economic development and ignoring ecological environmental protection still ex-ists,and waste gas emissions should be controlled in strict accordance with relevant national standards.It is recommended to increase the construction of waste gas treatment facilities,increase the urban green coverage area,and solve the environmental problems brought about by economic development.And it is necessary to improve the land use efficiency of low-ranking cities as much as possible and promote the maximum sustainable development of land resources in Shaanxi Province.
