县域土地综合整治潜力评价研究——以高陵区为例

[目的]以西安市高陵区为例,进行土地综合整治研究,以期为优化土地利用结构、促进土地高效集约利用、推进农村现代化建设提供参考.[方法]基于高陵区的土地利用现状,从耕地数量增加潜力、耕地质量提升潜力和生态保护修复潜力等三方面,采用层次分析法开展土地整治潜力评价.[结果]高陵区土地综合整治潜力共分3级,鹿苑街道和通远街道土地综合整治潜力较高,其次是耿镇街道和泾渭街道,张卜街道和崇皇街道整治潜力较低.[结论]在今后的土地综合整治项目过程中,应当优先整治潜力较高区域,但也需依据实际情况针对不同潜力区域安排整治项目,优化土地利用空间格局,解决高陵区城镇化用地需求.
Study on Evaluation of the Potential of County Comprehensive Improvement of Land—A Case Study of Gaoling District
[Purposes]Taking Gaoling District of Xi'an as an example,this paper studies the comprehen-sive improvement of land in order to provide reference for optimizing the land use structure,promoting the efficient and intensive use of land and providing reference for promoting the modernization of rural ar-eas.[Methods]Based on the current status of land use in Gaoling District,the analytic hierarchy method is used to evaluate the potential of land consolidation from three aspects:the potential for increasing the quantity of cultivated land,the potential for improving the quality of cultivated land and the potential for ecological protection and restoration.[Findings]The comprehensive land improvement potential of Gaol-ing District was divided into three levels,Luyuan Street and Tongyuan Street had higher land comprehen-sive improvement potential,followed by Gengzhen Street and Jingwei Street,Zhangbu Street and Chong-huang Street had lower land improvement potential.[Conclusions]In the process of comprehensive land consolidation projects in the future,priority should be given to areas with high potential for remediation,but it is also necessary to arrange remediation projects for different potential areas according to the ac-tual situation to improve the spatial pattern of land use and solve the demand for urbanization land in Gaoling District.
