Exploration of Intellectual Property Protection in the Digital Economy Era—From the Perspective of Trademark Infringement Cases in Hebei Province
[Purposes]From the perspective of trademark infringement cases,this article explores new methods and ideas to solve intellectual property problems.[Methods]Through summarizing and search-ing for intellectual property cases in Hebei Province over the past 10 years on the Judgment Document Network,it is found that there are many cases involving trademark rights in small shops and small compa-nies in urban areas,and the appeal rate of intellectual property cases is high.[Findings]Aiming at corre-sponding problems and combined with the development of digital information,specific applicable stan-dards for improving punitive damages were proposed,and solutions such as exploring case complaint handling systems based on mobile devices were explored.[Conclusions]By analyzing the issues,we strive to achieve a unity of practical and social effects in handling intellectual property cases.
