R&D投入对企业绩效影响的统计研究

[目的]对R&D投入与企业绩效的影响关系进行统计研究,为江西省上市公司进行R&D投入合理规划、提升企业绩效和促进创新驱动发展提供建议.[方法]基于江西省2019-2021年上市公司的面板数据,构建面板门槛回归模型,分析了R&D投入对企业绩效的门槛效应.[结果]单一门槛、双重门槛、三重门槛均通过了显著性检验,在不同门槛值区间时,R&D投入对企业绩效的边际系数符号及其显著性存在明显差异.[结论]企业应根据自身所处的R&D投入区间合理制定相应的研发计划,当企业R&D投入处于低区间时,应当加大R&D投入;当R&D投入上升至一定区间时,则需重点关注R&D投入效率问题,以避免R&D投入对企业绩效的抑制作用.
A Statistical Study on the Impact of R&D Investment on Enterprise Performance
[Purposes]R&D investment is a necessary prerequisite for innovation driven development of enterprises and a key factor in improving enterprise performance.Generally speaking,R&D investment will have an impact on corporate performance,but it is not simply a significant positive or negative corre-lation,but rather related to the intensity of enterprise R&D investment.[Methods]This article constructs a panel threshold regression model based on panel data of listed companies in Jiangxi Province from 2019 to 2021,and analyzes the threshold effect of R&D investment on corporate performance.[Find-ings]The results showed that the single threshold,double threshold,and triple threshold all passed the significance test,and there were significant differences in the marginal coefficient sign and significance of R&D investment on enterprise performance between different threshold values.[Conclusions]Re-search conclusion:R&D investment has a significant triple threshold effect on corporate performance,and the impact on corporate performance varies significantly in direction and coefficient values within different threshold ranges.Therefore,enterprises should develop corresponding R&D plans reasonably based on their R&D investment range.When the R&D investment of enterprises is in a low range,they should increase R&D investment;When R&D investment rises to a certain range,it is necessary to focus on the efficiency of R&D investment to prevent its inhibitory effect on corporate performance.
