[目的]面向科技型企业构建基于数智云服务的创新创业资源公共服务平台.[方法]重点开发建设数智云网络平台(科技公共服务平台、科技服务系统、创新创业资源库)和综合服务体系(专业服务团队、服务机构、服务内容),采用数智云平台+精准服务模式,开展线上线下相结合的科技培训、创业辅导、技术转移、科技咨询、知识产权、科技金融、项目管理一站式全链条服务.[结果]发挥双创平台+集众智汇乘数效应,实现创新与创业、线上与线下、孵化与投资相结合.[结论]提供低成本、便利化、全要素的开放式精准综合科技服务,助推企业自主创新高质量发展.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to build a public service platform for innovation and entrepre-neurship resources based on digital intelligence cloud service for science and technology enterprises.[Methods]This paper focuses on the development and construction of digital intelligence cloud net-work platform(science and technology public service platform,science and technology service system,innovation and entrepreneurship resource base)and comprehensive service system(professional ser-vice team,service organization,service content).This paper adopts digital intelligence cloud platform + precise service model to carry out one-stop full-chain services of online and offline technology training,entrepreneurship counseling,technology transfer,technology consulting,intellectual property rights,technology finance,and project management.[Findings]This paper gives full play to the multi-plier effect of mass innovation and innovation platform + collective Intelligence,and realize the combi-nation of innovation and entrepreneurship,online and offline,incubation and investment.[Conclu-sions]This paper provides low-cost,convenient,all-factor,open,accurate,comprehensive,science and technology services to promote the high-quality development of independent innovation.
