摘要
[目的]对河南省科技贷运行主体进行全面分析,提出河南省科技贷优化路径.[方法]结合河南省科技贷现行政策体系,从贷款纾困和创新驱动的角度对河南省科技贷进行优化设计和改造.[结果]通过对河南省科技贷业务运行主体的剖析,发现河南省科技贷业务在运行过程中存在企业担保方式单一化等问题.[结论]针对河南省科技型企业的特点,提出河南省科技贷优化路径.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the operating entities of science and technology loans in Henan Province,and proposes an optimization path for science and technology loans in Henan Province.[Methods]Based on the current policy system of science and technology loans in Henan Province,optimize and transform the science and technology loans from the perspectives of loan relief and innovation driven.[Findings]Through the analysis of the operating entities of Henan Province's science and technology loan business,it is found that there are problems such as the singular-ity of enterprise guarantee methods in the operation process of Henan Province's science and technology loan business.[Conclusions]Based on the characteristics of technology-based enterprises in Henan Province,this paper proposes an optimization path for technology loans in Henan Province.
