[目的]为提高燃气轮机的工作性能和可靠性,保证燃机进口空气的质量和纯度,因此,需要对燃机进气系统加以研究.[方法]以西门子SGT-700燃气轮机为例,对燃机进气系统进行简要介绍,并对可能发生的一些故障进行剖析,提出燃机进气系统的操作和检修方法.[结果]分析结果表明,采用脉冲反吹方法对燃机进气系统进行吹扫,可以提高整体的过滤效率,确保高效过滤器的使用寿命,并有效防止进气系统结冰.[结论]燃机进气系统需要寻求与之相匹配的运行与控制方法,以确保燃气轮机在使用过程中的高效、安全、稳定运行,并降低运行成本,提高设备运行效率.
Analysis on Operation and Maintenance of SGT-700 Gas Turbine Intake System
[Purposes]In order to improve the performance and reliability of gas turbines,it is necessary to ensure the quality and purity of the inlet air of the gas turbine.Therefore,it is necessary to study the intake system of the gas turbine.[Methods]Taking Siemens SGT-700 gas turbine as an example,a brief introduction is given to the intake system of the gas turbine,and some possible faults are analyzed.The operation and maintenance methods of the intake system of the gas turbine are proposed.[Findings]The example analysis results show that using the pulse back blowing method to purge the intake system of the gas turbine can improve the overall filtration efficiency,ensure the service life of the high efficiency fil-ter,and effectively prevent the icing of the intake system.[Conclusions]The gas turbine intake system needs to seek matching operation and control methods to ensure the efficient,safe,and stable operation of the gas turbine during use,reduce operating costs,and effectively improve equipment operating effi-ciency.
