[Purposes]As a new concept,"new quality productive forces"represents the future develop-ment direction of productivity and requires relevant research.[Methods]This article elaborates,ana-lyzes,and studies the basic connotation,main characteristics,and practical path of"new quality produc-tive forces"through literature research,systematic analysis,and other methods.[Findings]"New quality productive forces"represents a leap in productivity,which not only further enriches,improves,expands,and develops Marxist productivity theory,but more importantly,it is a major theoretical achievement in the sinicization of Marxism.It provides scientific theoretical guidance and action guidelines for compre-hensively promoting high-quality development in the new era,building a modern industrial system,lead-ing the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries.[Conclusions]This article pro-vides opinions and suggestions on accelerating the formation of new quality productivity from three as-pects:top-level design,policy system,and specific measures.
