[目的]电梯扶手带消毒是一项重要的公共场所卫生安全工作.当前通常采用人工消毒方式,既耗时又耗力,为降低人工成本、提高消毒效率,设计出一种电梯扶手带的自驱动消毒装置.[方法]该装置利用电梯扶手带的运行驱动发电装置为紫外线灯发电,通过紫外线为扶手带消毒.同时,采用铲斗装置清除扶手带上附着的大块污物,粘性滚轮去除扶手带表面的微小污物,从而完成对电梯扶手带的自动消毒工作.[结果]经实践检验,该装置成功解决了电梯扶手带人工消毒方式的缺点,且具有便捷性、多功能性等特点.[结论]该装置的应用,不仅节约了人力和物力,还提高了工作效率,拓宽了工作范围,为投入实际的生产研发奠定坚实基础.
Design and Research of a Self-driving Disinfection and Cleaning Device for Elevator Handrail
[Purposes]Disinfection of elevator handrails is an important part of public health and safety work.Due to the fact that manual disinfection is usually used in practical situations,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive,in order to improve disinfection efficiency,it is necessary to design a self driving elevator handrail disinfection device.[Methods]The device utilizes the operation of the elevator handrail to drive the power generation device,and lights up ultraviolet lights to disinfect the handrail.At the same time,a bucket is used to remove large pieces of dirt attached to the handrail,and a sticky roller is used to remove small dirt on the surface of the handrail,Thus achieving automatic disinfection of eleva-tor handrails.[Findings]Through practical testing,the device has successfully solved the shortcomings of manual disinfection methods for elevator handrails,and has the characteristics of convenience and multifunctionality.[Conclusions]The application of this device not only saves manpower and material resources,but also improves work efficiency,expands work scope,and lays a solid foundation for practi-cal production and research and development.
