Research on Stability Control Technology of Coal Pillar and Mining Roadway in Deep Well Strong Mining Working Face
[Purposes]The stability of the coal pillars left behind by the goaf excavation in the deep min-ing high mining face is poor.The goaf excavation is severely deformed due to concentrated stress and mining influence during the service cycle,making it difficult to control the deformation of the surround-ing rock.The research on stability control technology for coal pillars and mining roadway in deep well strong mining working face can effectively solve the above problems and achieve safe and efficient min-ing of coal resources.[Methods]This article takes the first level of Liuzhuang Coal Mine as the engineer-ing background.Through laboratory experiments and on-site investigations,the geological mechanics evaluation of the first level mining area was carried out,and the mechanical characteristics and loosening and failure range of the surrounding rock of the first level were mastered.The main reasons for the failure and deformation of coal pillars and goaf tunnels were analyzed through numerical simulation.[Findings]A rock stability control technology combining"blasting top cutting and grouting reinforcement"was pro-posed through numerical simulation research.Through theoretical analysis,the height of the blasting top cutting was determined to be 23.6 m,and the spacing between the blast holes was 1.5 m.[Conclusions]On-site industrial experiments were conducted and the application effect was monitored.The monitoring results of the on-site experiments showed that after using blasting top cutting and grouting reinforcement control technology,the stability of the coal pillar in the 131304 working face was good after being af-fected by mining,and the stability of the surrounding rock in the 131306 goaf excavation roadway was ef-fectively controlled.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
